1. Check-in/Check-out Times
   • Check-in: 2:00 PM
   • Check-out: 12:00 AM
     Late check-out requests are subject to availability and may incur additional fees.
2. Room Occupancy
   • The room rate covers up to 2 guests per room. Additional guests must be registered and may result in additional charges.
3. Smoking Policy
   • Our hotel is a smoke-free property. Smoking is strictly prohibited in all rooms and indoor areas. A cleaning fee of #50,000 will apply for any violations.
4. Noise and Quiet Hours
   • Please respect other guests by keeping noise to a minimum, especially between 10:00 PM and 8:00 AM.
5. Damages
   • Guests are responsible for any damages to the room or hotel property. Damages or missing items will incur charges to your account.
6. Housekeeping
   • Daily housekeeping is provided. If you prefer not to be disturbed, please hang the “Do Not Disturb” sign on your door. For extra towels or amenities, please contact the front desk.
7. Safety and Security
   • For your safety, please lock doors and secure valuables in the in-room safe. The hotel is not liable for lost or stolen items.
8. Pets
   • Unfortunately, pets are not allowed in our rooms or on the property, except for service animals.
9. Room Key
   • Lost or unreturned room keys may result in a replacement fee of  #10,000. Please return all keys upon check-out.
10. Emergency Procedures
    • In case of an emergency, please familiarize yourself with the nearest exit and follow instructions from hotel staff. The front desk is available 24/7 for any assistance.
